Reimagine · Advisory

Designing environments for human experience.

We help organizations understand how light, sound, spatial flow, materials and atmosphere shape the way people feel in a place, and what to change. You leave with clear recommendations your team can act on.

An original render of a clay wall with four arched openings, daylight and green beyond, a long low bench and a plant. No people; it shows the kind of space we help design.

Founding partners · Q1 2027

We’re opening a small number of founding spots for our first advisory clients: a preferred rate, locked in for an agreed term, and a direct line into how the practice grows. In return, we ask to document the work together, with your permission, so it can become a case study.

Who it’s for

For places that want people to feel something on purpose.

If people spend time in your space, how it feels is part of what you offer. We work with hospitality brands, workplaces, educational institutions, creative spaces and healthcare organizations, and with venues and creative partners.

Three ways to work together

From a first read to a full strategy.

Sensory health is a biological necessity, not an accommodation. We help campuses, hospitality brands and creative venues build spaces that are neuro-inclusive by default, drawing on spatial public health and behavioral evidence. Start with a snapshot, go deeper with a strategy, or bring your people into the conversation. The examples show what each can look like.

  1. 01 · Start here

    The Sensory Snapshot

The low-friction way to begin. An accessible audit of your space’s current sensory character: its light, sound, materials and flow, and the sensory affordances that tell a body whether it can settle or needs to stay on alert.

You receiveA concise sensory profile of the space, the opportunities we see, and a prioritized set of first changes you can make without a renovation.Format: currently fully remote, built from your photos, video walkthroughs and floor plans. In Q2 2027 we introduce a hybrid model, so a Snapshot can be conducted either remotely or in person.

    For example

A boutique hotel lobby. You share photos, a short walkthrough video at check-in time and the floor plan, and tell us what guests say. We note glare at the desk, music level, where people hesitate, and hand back the first changes to try, from dimming one fixture to moving seating out of the walkway.

  2. 02 · Go deeper

    Sensory Experience Strategy

A comprehensive strategic partnership for spaces being renovated or reimagined from the ground up. We translate spatial public health and behavioral evidence into a sensory plan your architects, designers and facilities team can build with confidence.

You receiveA strategic sensory brief, distinct zoning recommendations, material and lighting guidelines, and actionable briefs for your internal facilities or design teams.Scope and pricing are tailored to each project upon inquiry.

    For example

A university turning a study hall into a space for exam season: a sensory brief, zones for focus and for decompression, and a plan the facilities team can build. It can continue as ongoing advice while the space comes to life.

  3. 03 · Bring people in

    Talks, workshops and collaborations

For organizations ready to put the idea in front of their people. Led by a spatial public health practitioner who has spoken at the United Nations and the White House, these sessions make the case for sensory design as a biological necessity and show how environments quietly shape human behavior.

You receiveA keynote or summit presentation, a facilitated half-day staff retreat, or a creative collaboration, delivered remotely or in person and shaped to your audience and your goals.

    For example

A 90-minute talk, remote or in person, on how the spaces we live, learn and work in affect our health, our nervous systems and our focus, and where health is headed when we start designing for the whole body. It can close with a short sensory exercise the whole room does together.

What we look at

Everything the body notices before the mind does.

  • Soundscapes
  • Lighting
  • Spatial flow
  • Materials and texture
  • Sensory choice
  • Biophilic design
  • Participatory experiences

Every engagement follows the same four steps: listen, notice, imagine, make. See how we work

How it starts

A straightforward first step.

  1. Start a conversationTell us about the space and what you hope people feel. We reply to set a time.
  2. Agree the scopeWe choose the right starting point together. No work begins before you agree.
  3. We reviewYour photos, video and plans, our conversation, and a visit where it helps.
  4. You receiveClear, prioritized recommendations your team can act on.

Questions people ask first.

How long does a Snapshot take?

We agree the timeline together before we begin, so you know exactly when it lands.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. The Sensory Snapshot is currently fully remote, built from your photos, video walkthroughs and floor plans. In Q2 2027 we introduce a hybrid model, so a Snapshot can be conducted either remotely or in person. Strategy, talks and workshops can run remotely or in person.

Can this be ongoing?

Yes. Strategy can continue as ongoing advice while you design, open or rework a space.

Is this medical care?

No. We design for how spaces feel and draw on published research (see the science of spaces). We don’t diagnose or treat.

Can we see examples?

Founding partners will be our first case studies. Until then, the examples above show what each engagement can look like.
