About this site
This site is run by Immersive Health LLC ("Immersive Health," "we," "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Not medical care
Immersive Health supports wellbeing. It is not medical care. Nothing on this site, including the moments of presence, the studio rooms, the science summaries and any resource we share, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We offer plain-language summaries of published research, written for design. If you have a health concern, please talk with a qualified health professional.
Our work and our name
Everything on this site, including the words, the design, the audio, the visuals, the code and the Immersive Health whorl mark, belongs to Immersive Health LLC or is used with permission. All rights reserved. "Immersive Health" and "Dare to be more connected" are identifiers of our work.
You're welcome to share links to this site, and to quote short passages with credit and a link back. Please don't copy, reproduce, scrape, modify or build on our content, design or code without our written permission.
Using the site
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't try to disrupt it, break into it, overload it or misuse it. We may change or remove parts of the site at any time.
What you send us
When you send us a note through a form or by email, we'll use it to reply to you. Please don't send sensitive health information or anything you consider confidential. Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, what you send is not confidential, and we may use the ideas you share in the course of our work without owing you compensation. Sending us a request doesn't create a working relationship. Any engagement begins only when we both sign an agreement.
Links and references
We link to outside sources and cite published research. We don't control other sites and aren't responsible for their content. Research is summarized in good faith, and findings may be updated or contested over time.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Immersive Health LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't legally be limited.
Privacy
Browsing. This site uses no cookies or analytics. Your sensory settings are stored on your own device and are not sent to us. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and operation.
When you contact us. If you send a booking request or join a waitlist, we receive the details you choose to give: your name, email, organization, city and country if asked, and your message. We use them only to reply to you, to schedule a conversation, and, if you join a list, to tell you about that offering. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. Your note passes through Formspree, a form service that delivers it to us on our behalf.
How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as we need to respond and stay in touch, and delete them when you ask.
Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to take you off a list, at any time. Write to siani@immersivehealth.health. If you're in California or another place with privacy rights, those rights apply, and we'll honor them.
Children. This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If we start using analytics or other tools, we'll update this section first.
Accessibility
We want this site to be comfortable for every body and nervous system. The sensory settings let you adjust motion, sound and contrast. Sound is off by default and only plays when you press it. If something doesn't work for you, tell us at siani@immersivehealth.health and we'll work on it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law requires otherwise.
